Located on an 115,000 SF site, this warehouse and two story office building has been completely rehabilitated from the inside out. With asbestos abatement, new roof, HVAC systems and energy efficient lighting throughout, this icon of classic 60’s architecture is now home to multiple tenants who benefit from interior additions such as storefront glass systems, granite countertops and a new elevator.
