Adding 78 dock doors to an existing terminal Bremco built over 20 years ago, this cross dock facility combines a Butler pre-engineered metal building and dock high concrete tilt up construction performed by Bremco’s in house concrete crew. The new 2 story, 21,150 SF shop building also features a Butler metal building structure combined with masonry construction to achieve a 22’ high clear space. With a wash bay, warehouse, offices, fueling station and 24,000 gallons of diesel in two above ground storage tanks, the shop area allows Estes to service their fleet of vehicles under one roof. Site work includes over 187,000 SF of new asphalt paving and yard lighting for much needed trailer parking.
