Bremco Construction

Acting as a Construction Manager on behalf of the Owner, Bremco provided supervision and self performed the concrete for this complex at the Van Nuys Airport. The project consists of 3 buildings configured for 4 hangars, associated shop areas and a two story office building with high end finishes. Using a pre-engineered steel building and architectural enhancements such as aluminum composite paneling, stucco textured metal wall panels and extensive use of aluminum storefront glass, this facility features four 150’ wide x 28’ high hangar doors. The entire facility is fully fire sprinklered including an auxiliary fire pump house and a foam fire suppression system.
