Bremco acted as a construction manager on this tenant improvement assignment, providing project management and site supervision to coordinate all of the design build disciplines including mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler. Using innovative and energy efficient raised flooring in this existing concrete tilt up shell, miles of electrical, data and chilled water lines are concealed beneath a raised flooring system, providing heating and cooling for over 200 employees in a sea of modular furniture. Over 14,000 SF of office space was added to the 2nd floor, which includes training rooms with retractable soundproof partition walls and conference rooms overlooking the vast first floor below. A state of the art security system, FM200 fire suppression, a full commercial kitchen, 2 stop elevator and warehouse round out some of the many features of the building.
