Bremco Construction

This multi-use building on the water at Alamitos Bay is built to withstand the harsh ocean elements utilizing materials such as anodized aluminum, standing seam metal roofing and Hardieboard siding and paneling. Bremco built the two story shell building as well as an additional 8,731 SF of tenant improvements. Site improvements include sandblasted and stamped concrete paving, new city sidewalk, a 750 gallon clarifier and an elevator.
