This concrete tilt-up building, built by Bremco's in-house concrete crew, features walls 10" thick and 36' high with additionally reinforced 12" thick walls at the North exposure to account for high wind loads coming out of the blustery Cajon Pass. A design-build effort was coordinated by Bremco and the mechanical, electrical and plumbing subcontractors to help simplify the construction process. With 912 SF of office area at ground level, a second story mezzanine of the same size looks out onto the vast warehouse space housing (2) 10-ton cranes that run side-by-side for the entire length of the building. This facility was constructed in the middle of a working distribution center with heavy fork lift and trailer traffic.
